Can you clean above conservatories and extensions?
In most cases, yes. Our long-reach water-fed pole equipment allows us to reach many awkward areas above conservatories and extensions. Access does vary between properties.
Do you use ladders?
Most of the cleaning can be carried out using our long-reach equipment from ground level. We can also use ladders when necessary and where it is safe to do so.
How often should fascias and soffits be cleaned?
There’s no fixed schedule, but many homeowners have them cleaned every year or two to prevent dirt, algae and staining from becoming heavily established.
Do you need to clean my gutters at the same time?
No. Fascia and soffit cleaning can be booked as a separate service. However, if your gutters also need clearing, we can combine the services and take care of everything during the same visit.
Do I need to be at home?
Not usually. As long as we have suitable access around the property and access to anything required for the cleaning, we can often complete the work while you’re out.
